She was wel-l prepared at the listing appointment having obviously spent much time learning not only about this one residence, but was knowledgeable about the whole area. She held a weekend of Open Houses that brought many interested parties to view the house and then did a great job of negotiating when we received multiple offers. Aspects of this transaction were challenging, but she was calm and handled everything like a pro. My family could not have been more pleased with the job she did.
