This was my first time engaging Billy as a realtor, and I am happy to report that I’m already excited to work with him again in the future. Billy is tremendously knowledgeable and dedicated to providing professionalism, expertise, and kind support every single step of the way. This was very noticeable because as a first-time seller unfamiliar with some of the details of how the process works, I felt confident and supported thanks to Billy’s guidance. He was very accessible at all hours, thoroughly explained the process, and graciously answered all the questions I had. He took great care to make sure I understood all my options and he was a key component to a speedy and above-market sale :)) And, above all, his work ethic stands as testament to his impeccable expertise in real estate and his excellent communication skills. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.

Joni was amazing to work with. She has many years of experience as a realtor for lived in home, newly-built homes, and through the lender's side. Very knowledgeable, and answered many questions I had as a 1st time seller, and answered questions I didn't know I would have. She followed up with me anytime she would get interest on the property at any time of the day, didn't matter if that interest didn't fallow through. I would highly recommend.

Because we needed to sell our home quickly, Michelle listed our home and immediately began showing it to interested qualified buyers ( not just “lookers” ) . Each time it was shown, she reported the responses to us, always considerate of our urgency and positive in her analysis .

Myra kept us informed about all that was going on almost daily. Really appreciated that as we had already moved to Cody, WY. She worked hard--gave us ideas of what would help, what the site seers were saying--and finally got it done! Thanks Myra.
