During the process, she made sure that I was taking care of at all times, submitted offers promptly, and negotiated accordingly all while looking out for my best interest. She also had a plethora of resources and connections that made home buying easy. She coordinated a preferred lender and home inspector that made the purchase of a home simple. At the same time, after doing the cost analysis between lenders and home inspectors- her recommendations provided the best deal/value. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and I never once felt uninformed or unaware of anything during the home buying process.
