I can't think of a better experience selling a house with Dave Rosenstein. Everything was explained and checked up on to make sure all outside inspectors were legal and licensed Advice was freely given. Was always in contact and reachable for questions. Like friend, he will guide you through the process. Since he has years in the business of real estate. He has definite knowledge that a newer realtor does not have. This was our first house sale experience.

Farley (David) was exceptional through the entire process. He made the sale so easy with his constant updates. There were times I was a big frantic and he “talked me off the ledge” to make me much more at ease. He has many years of experience and it truly shows through his knowledge. I wouldn’t have wanted to hire any body but David.
