Nancy was responsive to emails, essential for selling a home from overseas, and very quick with electronic paperwork required to ensure the quick sale of the house. She assisted, through recommendations, in how to handle estate issues and provided feedback to lawyers as required. Again, all very responsive and recommendations were always solid. She coordinated for inspectors and repair efforts, all working with the limited availability of options in the area and reaching out to Tucson when Sierra Vista options were not available to under resourced. Nancy Rea is a pure professional, whose understanding of the area and the market allowed us to net over 20k from what local competitors recommended for a sale price.
