Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. I found Jesse and read all the wonderful reviews and how he and his team helped their clients. We set up an appointment. Not only did Jesse wanted us to find a place, he wanted us to know who we're working with. He taught us so much about real estate, and how the market works. From being lost to gaining control, we understand the process when it comes to purchasing a home. Today, we not only have a new house but a new build! It is very surreal and hasn't quite hit me yet that we now have a place to call home. Buying a home for the first time is probably one of the single most intense, scary and rewarding experiences I have ever been through. To be honest, I wasn't sure where to begin. Ryan took my family step by step through the process and provided detailed information with each area we would be heading into next.
