Brian did a great job helping us find our forever home. He was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling walkthroughs. Also it was a family affair looking for our home so that meant having our 4 kids in tow, and I must say he was very patient and helpful. We had a QUICK closing and he was able to schedule and provide an excellent home inspector. He was very prompt in handling negotiations, etc. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Joanne was/is amazing! She is very personable and knowledgeable in her role as a real estate agent. When we had questions, Joanne always got back to us quickly after we texted or called. She helped so much with the numerous documents we had to sign when we put our house on the market and then when we sold. She never seemed in a rush when advising us and we feel we got the best price possible for our home. The market was slow when we decided to sell and Joanne continually encouraged us.
