Mark started off as my daughters realtor and found her a nice house. I retired from work, and was in need of a realtor to sell my house. Well, looks like Mark would be the guy. He did everything he said he would, and now my house is in the sold column. As for Mark he went from just our realtor, too a good friend. I still call him for advice today. Mark definitely earned his commission on the sale of my home. I live out of state and was ready to sell my rental home in the Palm Valley area of Goodyear in 2018. Mark was essential in procuring quality and very economical handyman, plumbing, and flooring installation services. He even found a kitchen appliance suite for a song--then delivered and installed most of it himself! Unfortunately, due to no fault of his, the house wasn't selling in the timeframe I needed, so I re-rented until this March. Mark once again found a local carpet installer and we were able to replace all carpets quickly and at an amazing rate, along with a variety of other upgrades and fixes. The home got multiple offers and sold the first weekend...then due to Covid and personal reasons, the buyers backed out. Mark reached out to backup offers, we relisted, and had a buyer a week later. Although the transaction was very bumpy (out of state issues with closing of buyer’s home) and there was a small issue with an unexpected double HOA charge, Mark was super responsive to all my questions and needs. He is one of the most giving, generous agents (or people) I've encountered. He has a heart of gold and genuinely has the client’s best interests in mind. As an out-of-state seller, I’m convinced I would not have been able for prep the property and sell it for the amount I did without Mark leading the way.
