The market has been slow due to high value and rates but he was able to get lots of potential buyers in to view the property and sell! I would recommend him to anyone I know because of his long time spent in the business and professionalism. He also has a great personality and sense of humor. He is straight forward and honest. Arthur was wonderful to work with, he was responsive, gave us a great overview of the market activity in our area, great advice on pricing to sell, scheduling an open house, managing questions, and we ended up getting offers before the open house and multiple offers after it - half of them over the asking price, none below.
