Yasmeen went out of her way to get to know our neighborhood so she could speak knowledgeably to buyers. She was communicative and knowledgeable, and supportive but without pressure to be something other than we were. She helped inform us so that we could make the decisions that were right for us and on the time frame we wanted. She gave us solid advice from beginning to end and walked us through what we could expect. Her photographer was great and marketing materials were wonderful. She signed us up for realtor tours as well as open houses and gave us honest feedback as to what we needed to do. She connected us with solid tradespeople and cleaners when we needed work done before closing. In short, she worked hard yet made everything feel easy and not stressful. She is truly a one of a kind realtor.

We were on a tight deadline to move and Kristen was able to progress things along to accommodate our needs. At one point it was looking bleak and she was able to not only hold our confidence in our timeline needs but she pulled off a miracle.
