Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property. He was there to assure me and calm my nerves in the stressful process. Knowing how big of a move this was for me, he made sure to be there every step of the way. It was a seamless process.
