When we went to sell our house, Mike and Fernie didn’t hesitate to start the process. They asked us when we wanted to put it on the market and set up pictures with a very talented photographer. Mike did his research in our area and put together spreadsheets of what he thought we should sell our house for compared to our area. After putting our house on the market, we accepted an offer 2 days later over asking! Once again, Mike and Fernie made the process of selling our house very easy. They set up everything (including repairs with people they trust) for us that worked with our schedule. Mike and Fernie are incredibly trustworthy people!
