As an investor, I have been working with Maritza for close to a decade. She has been my "go to" person for both the purchases of single family homes, and the agent for selling the homes. Maritza helped my family when we lived in Texas and were unable to be on site to find a home. She was so patient with my pregnancy hormones and visiting numerous homes. She took so many pictures just so my family could see everything. She stayed in the price range that we wanted to stay at even though we were approved for more. She listened to our needs and wants and became apart of our family. She was efficient and we closed the before we arrived and we met her the next day when we arrived and she brought us our keys. We loved her so much we referred our in-laws to her once they moved in the area. We are now moved to another state and she is helping us again.
