I was incredibly pleased with Mayra and her associate Susan during the process of selling our home. They came highly recommended from a friend and I'm so glad we listened to them. Mayra and Susan were extremely professional, on time, and able to work with us even as we moved out of state while our home was on the market. Our house sold quick and for a great price and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Short review is simple facts here, you can trust and rest assured with Lindsey Brumagin by your side that your purchase or sell will be a 10 out of 10 . If you want my story on how I found this trustworthy, kind, passionate beautiful human being inside and out here it is. Realtors and hair stylists are everywhere. They are not all created equal. I typed on google find the best realtor in Phoenix and after reading several pages and sites worth of realtors bios and getting frustrated I found Linds. Now, I had never been to Arizona in my life and I had to purchase a home for my mother-in-law to relocate to from Washington basically blind. Now that's where by gods will put me in touch with Lindsey. I gave her a budget, list of what I needed and within an hour had 3 choices. She went to the properies and video messaged me with commentary which helped me feel as if I were there with her and we decided on 1 and within 2 weeks closed on the 1st house she went to. Once you talk to her, rest assured that she will honestly go above and beyond to ensure you get what you want and will stand beside you through an easy process that so many realtors make brutally complicated. Do not make a mistake and choose the paid ads on Google for a realtor, use this review as a real persons truthful review and get ahold of Lindsey Brumagin and you will not have to fear a miserable, lengthy, complicated process.

Mr. Andrews was there for every part of this transaction and offering the advice I needed.

I've never sold a house before, and Phyllis was essentially my partner in the process. She was responsive to questions and kept me on track through what turned out to be a more complicated process than I anticipated. I will gladly refer any of my friends and family to use her services for selling or buying a house. Her knowledge of the market and process details secured my confidence in her work. Thanks Phyllis!
