I bought my very first house through Araceli and her financial wizard Wally at the ripe old age of 62. I was buried under tons of paper work but Araceli helped me power through it. When I closed on the house, there were a few things the seller forgot, but Wally was there on the day of closing making things right. Seven months later, I was laid off from my job and could not find work. After six months of unemployment and a lot of uncertainty, I turned to Araceli and had her put my first ever home back on the market. From that moment Araceli tirelessly searched for a buyer driving 60 miles round trip from her office to show my house to prospective buyers and a lot of no shows. And Wally was there too keeping me advised on the on the financial side of things. Araceli and Wally found a buyer for my home and we closed the deal the first week in April this year. During the whole process Araceli told me it was her goal to make sure that she found a buyer for my home, and even though the goal post were moved several times Araceli and Wally hit the mark. They are kind and caring people not only to their clients and buyers but also to every one they meet. Cecee had been showing me properties in Yuma AZ for years and she never gave up on me or coped an altitude. She was always very professional. She must have shown me 60 properties with in the last couple years. Not only did she show me all the properties I found on Zillow but she also educated me in the housing builders and market in AZ. Had I not connected with Cecee I would have made a grave mistake based on the price of the homes. She went over and beyond what a Realistate agent does. The education I received from Cecee is priceless. Once I was educated Cecee found me my house. She knew my price point and also knew where I wanted to live so after looking at the places I was viewing on line she took me to a house she said she knew I would love and boy was she correct. I walked in the house and said this is it. I was not ecstatic about the price because it was a little higher than I wanted to spend but as Cecee knew I fell in love with that house and had to have it. The sellers wanted a 3 month escrow and I figured that would give my finance guy plenty of time to have all that is needed for a smooth transaction. Was I totally wrong, all the way until I was driving to AZ to do my walk through my finance guy kept telling me all is set and I am good and ready. It took an additional weak for my finance guy to do his job and I'm pretty sure Cecee had to not only tell him but show him how to do things a lender does. Cecee made it happen and was always calm and collected even offered to use her finance guy since mine was a joke. I can't thank Cecee enough for all she did to help me out.
