Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. Not only did Jesse wanted us to find a place, he wanted us to know who we're working with. He taught us so much about real estate, and how the market works. From being lost to gaining control, we understand the process when it comes to purchasing a home. Today, we not only have a new house but a new build! It is very surreal and hasn't quite hit me yet that we now have a place to call home. Joni was amazing to work with. She has many years of experience as a realtor for lived in home, newly-built homes, and through the lender's side. Very knowledgeable, and answered many questions I had as a 1st time seller, and answered questions I didn't know I would have. She followed up with me anytime she would get interest on the property at any time of the day, didn't matter if that interest didn't fallow through. I would highly recommend.
