This is my enthusiastic endorsement for Deb L’Esperance who represented me in the purchase of my Eastmark Estates home. Not only is Deb kind, sincere, and honest, she genuinely knows the real estate business. She followed me from the sale of my home in California to my purchase here in Mesa. She was able to answer my many questions, immediately, or if not, she was able to access the information and typically get back to me within hours or the next day. She always made me feel as though I were her only client when I knew she was working on other real estate transactions. She helped in selecting my home after doing her homework and weeding out homes she knew were not a fit for me, especially with the limited days we had to select a home (four days), while during Covid.
