Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.

Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection.
