This review is definitely overdue, Manuel is the best realtor EVER! He is beyond meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I cannot rave enough about his patience and willingness to assist. Manuel took the time to explain the home buying process and ensured we found our dream home! If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, valuable, friendly, engaging and genuinely awesome, Manuel is your guy! He went above and beyond even after we closed on our home to ensure we were settled in and helped us with small repairs. WHAT AN AWESOME REALTOR!! We’d recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Katy White did a phenomenal job helping me find my new home and negotiating a great deal with the seller. She had great communication skills throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable in her field. She is the best realtor in the Scottsdale area and I plan to use her again in the future.
