He had the connections to get upgrades done asap at a low price, had great suggestions on what NOT to waste money on upgrading as I would not get a pay off for it, kept me informed often on progress and came up with creative ways to keep house safe while no one was physically in it. He got me top dollar and totally REMOVED the stress that I thought I was going to experience in selling a property.
