Her connections proved useful in the offer, which was accepted below the asking price, the inspection, which was very thorough, and in the lending process. If there was even a shred of a concern she immediately addressed it with the seller and investigated it thoroughly. She was very patient with these first-time buyers who were nearly clueless in how to purchase a home and what to look for. She's also one of the most kindest people you'll come across.
