Because of his excellent service, we were totally comfortable buying a house in Arizona (we live in Minnesota) without a personal visit during the inspection period (I had a heart attack) . And, several months later, we still feel the same. We have the right house, at the right price, in the right location and that is entirely Jim's work. He got to know us, told us what was good and what was not good about each house we were interested in buying. He knew local conditions and considerations, provided excellent advice, and took care of all the details, enabling us to close remotely. We could call him with any questions, at any time, including after the transaction was completed. Once the home was purchased, Jim continued as a resource to advise on local contractors to replace the roof and A/C as well as other questions. We consider Jim to be a friend, as well as a consummate professional.

Zach was an amazing agent. From the very beginning he lined up homes he knew we would be interested in. He showed us a good variety and helped us understand the benefits and issues with each from maintenance and remodel costs to potential sale later on down the road. When it came to the offer, Zach held the line and we were able to come in much lower than asking. In addition, he was able to negotiate some furniture and other items within the home we really liked as part of the deal. Overall his personality was perfect for my wife and I. He can help lesson stressful times with a calm demeanor when he needs to, but also was very aggressive in getting everything we asked for during negotiations. Additionally, he was by far the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with. It didn’t matter what time in the day we left a message, we always received a response back within the hour. Finally, Zach is extremely well connected which comes in handy for your after close needs. He has someone for house painting, audio, pool cleaner, gardener, furniture/ grill’s, etc. Everything we needed that was extra, he had a great pipeline of talent in his network that could get us what we wanted at a great discount within days.
