Jill assisted me in selling a rental property that I had owned for 9 years. She devoted a significant amount of time and energy to ensure the house sold for it's maximum value. Outside of the typical "realtor" duties, Jill spent a significant amount of time and energy overseeing numerous upgrades in the house (interior paint, carpet, countertops, fixtures, etc). I am sure she would agree I am picky and neurotic about home buying, but Michelle was so patient and gave me pep talks when I needed them.
