Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. I found Jesse and read all the wonderful reviews and how he and his team helped their clients. We set up an appointment. Not only did Jesse wanted us to find a place, he wanted us to know who we're working with. He taught us so much about real estate, and how the market works. From being lost to gaining control, we understand the process when it comes to purchasing a home. Today, we not only have a new house but a new build! It is very surreal and hasn't quite hit me yet that we now have a place to call home. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
