Although selling high-end homes can be a challenge, my husband and I were completely and most pleasantly surprised at the experience we had with our realtor, Angela Phillips. From the moment we listed our home with Angela, she managed each step and took the stress completely out of the process. We really liked that Angela listened to us regarding the pricing of our home and the uniqueness of the same within a classic and historic neighborhood, where comps don't always reflect the value of the property. We were also impressed with how Angela managed to market the home in such a way that it received a lot of attention from qualified buyers from the onset of the listing. As a result, our home did not stay on the market long, and it sold for a very satisfying price. Angela continued to manage the sale in an impeccable manner. She always presented as a highly knowledgeable, efficacious, and professional realtor. We highly recommend her to others who are in the market for the best realtor who will maximize the potential of selling their homes for a fair and reasonable price.

If you’re looking for a realtor Ryan is your guy! As soon as we connected he took time to chat about our must haves and location preferences. Whenever we had free time he was available to show us houses we liked. Within two weeks we were able to find our dream home! Throughout the entire process Ryan was great at communicating, very efficient, patient, and took time to answer any and all of our questions. Ryan is very professional, and went above and beyond for us! We were first time homebuyers and he made the process so easy for us, we felt comfortable every step of the way.
