Last year, the mother of my three oldest sons (my former wife) passed away unexpectedly at a very young age. She owned a home in Arizona but had no will, which meant the property had to go through probate before it could be sold. I had no experience with probate real estate and needed someone who could do much more than list a house. I needed someone who could navigate the legal process, work with attorneys, communicate with my family, and guide us through an emotionally difficult situation. Through a friend of a friend, I was referred to Andrea Stepien of One Realty. I was told she was exceptional and experienced with complicated transactions. That recommendation could not have been more accurate. Andrea was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient from day one. She explained everything clearly and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. What impressed me most was the way she worked with my sons. They were grieving the loss of their mother and understandably overwhelmed. Andrea showed the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism, meeting them where they were emotionally while gently keeping the process moving forward so they never became stuck. Throughout the entire process, I knew she was looking out for our family's best interests. She wasn't just our realtor—she became a trusted guide during one of the most difficult times in our lives. If you need a realtor who is compassionate, highly skilled, and willing to go above and beyond, I recommend Andrea Stepien and One Realty without hesitation. We are truly grateful for everything she did for our family.

Andrea has fantastic negotiating skills, is creative, doesn’t get steam rolled by anyone, has exceptional knowledge of the ins and out of the buying and selling process and is extremely communicative.

Andrea is such a wonderful person to work with. She is so attentive, thorough, pays attention to detail and works with you to put you in the best position possible. She is very honest with her clients and makes sure that you are involved in every step of the process. I truly think that of anyone needs a realtor, Andrea is your gal!

Celeste was extremely helpful and stayed on top of everything. She made the selling process very easy.

Great realtor. Very helpful ! Very responsive and easy to work with. She showed us many houses and helped us get a great deal on our house! THANK YOU CELESTE YOU'RE THE BEST!

Celeste is a fantastic resource for anyone involved in the buying or renting process! We have worked with her twice in the past year, once to rent when we relocated from California, and the second time to purchase a house. We had some sticky moments with the seller, and she handled things with their agent efficiently and quickly, making sure we were well represented. We also had a problem with the home warranty company attempting to deny a claim when something broke right after we closed, and she called the company and helped us there as well. I cannot say enough positive things about Celeste, her communication with current and past clients is awesome - monthly newsletter, check in emails with us, etc, super attentive to details. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the Phoenix area! We will use her again, hopefully not too soon since I'd hate to have to pack and unpack again ;)
