Matt was extremely helpful in helping us find the right home. His knowledge of the area proved very valuable for us not being from around the area. He even went to showings and had us on video calls when we were out of town. Was always willing to jump on a call or answer questions for us, and we had a lot of questions. Matt was always very responsive and always felt like he had our best intentions at the forefront. I couldn't recommend him enough for someone looking to find the right home.

Matt is a gem! My husband and I had recently purchased our first house, with the help of Matt. We were new to the process and didn’t fully know what to expect and Matt really helped break down the process with us and helps you save where you can. Matt has been doing this for 20+ years and it shows! We would recommend Matt in a heartbeat to anyone interested in purchasing a home. Also, Matt has a list of people for things such as the inspections, engineers and etc. he’s worked with over the years that do great work he can recommend. Matt is patient, great at understanding what you’re looking for, quick to get things done, and always there to help. Overall, extremely satisfied and so happy we found Matt!
