He showed us a good variety and helped us understand the benefits and issues with each from maintenance and remodel costs to potential sale later on down the road. In addition, he was able to negotiate some furniture and other items within the home we really liked as part of the deal. Overall his personality was perfect for my wife and I. He can help lesson stressful times with a calm demeanor when he needs to, but also was very aggressive in getting everything we asked for during negotiations. Additionally, he was by far the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with. It didn’t matter what time in the day we left a message, we always received a response back within the hour. Finally, Zach is extremely well connected which comes in handy for your after close needs. He has someone for house painting, audio, pool cleaner, gardener, furniture/ grill’s, etc. Everything we needed that was extra, he had a great pipeline of talent in his network that could get us what we wanted at a great discount within days.
