Jacob assisted us on several occasions over the years. He helped us find amazing tenants for our home when we had to relocate. They eventually bought the home. He also helped us to find a condo to purchase for our daughter who was a student at ASU. He did this all remotely, as we no longer lived in the area. He helped us to find something that met her needs and our budget. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative.
