Arlee is a realtor extraordinaire ! a home buyer's dream , professional in every aspect. We felt guided throughout this process, but never overwhelmed. We salute you and team for the support and perseverance, when we were sometimes lost and confused about the market.

Karen is the best Realtor we have ever worked with (representing us both buying and selling), hands down. Not only is she an astute professional, but she is remarkably kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stays abreast of market trends, offers sound advice, is incredibly communicative, well connected, and really? Just a wonderful person. When we first started working with Karen, we were stationed on the east coast- so lots of calls, texts, even facetime to help my Husband and I find our first home together. With her guidance, we were able to beat other offers (during Covid and even using a VA loan!) and close without issue. Fast forward a few years and it was time to list our home due to a fast approaching deadline for work out of state. Karen got us set up quickly, realistically prepared us for the selling process, and got our home on the MLS rapidly. We recently closed from out of state, and it's Karen's expertise that made a stressful transition much more manageable. Through both buying and selling, Karen has consistently been there for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. She has always made us feel like VIPs, regardless of the price of the transaction, and we've felt genuinely valued and cared for. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her clients, we cannot recommend Karen highly enough. She has, and always been, an absolute pleasure to work with. And you bet we will choose her again when we move back to the Valley!

Made the process very easy for me! Broke all the terminologies down to me in English and made sure I was comfortable and confident about my purchase! Definitely would recommend an amazing person and realtor! Thanks D!

Scott helped my girlfriend and I locate the house that best fit our blended family. He gave us information that helped us make our decision and kept us where we wanted and needed to be. He went out of his way to work with our hectic and varied schedule. We highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future if we ever decide to sell or buy again in the future!

Ramses listened to our needs, found homes that exceeded out expectations, and negotiated a price that allowed for upward appreciation. He was attentive and helpful every step of the way
