Samantha is one of the hardest working agents I have ever met, she goes way beyond what is expected of a Realtor and does not give up on challenging scenarios. She will make the impossible happen if needed.

We turned to Dawn after our previous realtor struggled with selling our home. What Dawn brought to the table was unreal. She knew Mountain Brook Village like no one else. She knew neighborhoods, sub-neighborhoods, pricing, where to put the "For Sale" sign, how to take pictures, how to do a video shoot, and more. Her pricing strategy was spot on. She recommended new photos, a video, and a fresh home cleaning (it had been unoccupied) to add new life. She even knew when to do the video while looking for twilight lighting conditions. But wait....there's more. We signed the required documents to get her to represent us. She did the video and pictures (at her cost, mind you), and then the next day, I received a call from Dawn. I thought she would update me on the pictures or the listing. Nope. We received a full-price offer already. Wait what? We JUST signed documents! It's true. After that, she went to work taking care of minor repairs and coordinating every aspect of the deal. She updated us regularly and displayed that sense of urgency rarely seen in this industry. She is something special in the real estate business, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a different type of real estate agent.

Jacob assisted us on several occasions over the years. He helped us find amazing tenants for our home when we had to relocate. They eventually bought the home. He also helped us to find a condo to purchase for our daughter who was a student at ASU. He did this all remotely, as we no longer lived in the area. He helped us to find something that met her needs and our budget. Jacob also refers clients to my business and they have all spoken very highly of Jacob's service and personal attentiveness to their needs.

Was a great experience in every way. She does a excellent job and we highly recommend her. And we will for sure call Candice for any if our future home sale or purchase.

We met Susan in April and explained our situation. Susan was very patient and worked with our ever changing needs until we found the house we wanted. She also had great insights into the neighborhood and family life.
