This was my first time purchasing a cabin with unique qualities like having hauled water, passive heating, septic, and a unique build history. There were many times when I thought the deal was over because of the uniqueness of the cabin but each time Savanah swooped in and solved the problem. Not only does she have a tremendous amount of knowledge but she is also an expert negotiator. She is fierce, a creative problem solver, and adventurous. We were driving all over the state looking for this perfect quirky cabin. 100 out of 10 would recommend Savanah.

Liz was fantastic! She stayed on top of everything from start to finish. I had to move my dad back to Chicago and she went above and beyond to help us because we couldn’t be there. Getting repairs done and checking up on the house. Following up with realtors when showing were done. She was very honest and got a great price for my dads house and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Liz!
