A few months ago, my wife's mother pasted away (may she enjoy her rest and reunion with family and friends). I was selected to be the main contact for the estate sale. Being 1,700 miles away from Arizona now, we had to carefully select a sales professional that we could work with and rely on. So, through word-of-mouth Penney Mullins was suggested to us as a possible candidate (one of three) by other family and friends in the Phoenix area. After speaking to all, Penney was clearly our choice to list the property (one of my better selections I have made in my life). Penney Mullins shocked me with her excellent communication skills, response times and the end result. Penney not only offered excellent marketing information (what the house should be listed for) but she responded with lighting fast speed, accuracy and always in a friendly/professional manner. "This communication/speed remained throughout the sale process". Penney jumped into making sure the house would be marketable (some small repairs and a final cleaning, Etc.). The results (description, photos) on the listing were honest and eye catching. Durning all the different processes, she made sure we were updated with each step. The end result was the house was listed, we received three offers the first day of showing and closed within 30 days selling it above the asking price. Truely I would recommend Penney Mullins for any real estate transactions; she was the Best I ever worked with and made it an easy transaction.

Eric helped us immensely in understanding the current market and setting appropriate expectations. He was always responsive in our requests to go see properties, and provided great insight when we realized the first house we offered was not the best fit for us after the inspection process. When we finally found “the one” months later he helped us move faster than any other interested buyers. We were the first ones to see the property and Eric provided valuable insights when we came up with our offer. Our strong but fair offer was a big reason the sellers cancelled 20+ showing requests that were supposed to occur through the weekend. Eric excelled in negotiations once we were under contract and was a big help in getting concessions on the property from the sellers. He is an experienced broker with over 20 years of experience that I would highly recommend him!
