She is a miracle worker because after her suggestions, we broke a record for the highest sale in our neighborhood. Our old neighbors should sending her a thank you note as well! Beverly is also tirelessly patient and helped me and my family find the perfect new home to fit our needs and wish list. I can always count on her to be honest and look out for my best interests. Buying/selling a home can be extremely stressful, but Beverly helped manage a lot of the stress for me with her expertise, negotiating skills and attention to detail.
