Because of his excellent service, we were totally comfortable buying a house in Arizona (we live in Minnesota) without a personal visit during the inspection period (I had a heart attack) . And, several months later, we still feel the same. We have the right house, at the right price, in the right location and that is entirely Jim's work. He got to know us, told us what was good and what was not good about each house we were interested in buying. He knew local conditions and considerations, provided excellent advice, and took care of all the details, enabling us to close remotely. We could call him with any questions, at any time, including after the transaction was completed. Once the home was purchased, Jim continued as a resource to advise on local contractors to replace the roof and A/C as well as other questions.
