Alex even drove to Casa Grande a few times to ensure the projects was on track and was there to support me along every step of the way from planning the remodeling to negotiating to going through the rigorous inspection and appraisal process for the FHA buyer I decided to go with (thanks to his suggestions and explanation of the difference between FHA and traditional loans).
