i was approached by a different realtor previous to Lauren becoming my realtor. This was my first real home i was selling and the first realtor went the motions. I wasn't impressed until i came into contact with Lauren. Lauren spent time discussing the home, market, future, potential buyers and the overall plan she had. She presented with a binder of my house containing the previous information but importantly gave me a real perspective of what the outcome could be. i was definitely impressed with the honesty but more importantly her determination to get top dollar. The house sold in 4 days she presented the offers, gave sound input and communicated everyday to me on what she was doing. i would recommend Lauren to anyone looking to sell their home or looking to buy she is thorough, honest, intelligent and professional.
