Bill May did an awesome job of assisting my elderly mother in selling her home. He gave her recommendations on prepping the home, a reasonably priced handyman to repair a few things, and he provided her with a bridge loan to get into an assisted living facility prior to the home sale. He told her exactly how things would go and answered all of her questions. He was always right on target. Straight forward and honest. He even took her oranges from her trees after she moved. He did an outstanding job and kept her informed every step of the way.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Libby in the recent sale of our home of 20 years. She was quickly responsive to our texts and e-mails, and worked diligently and with determination to sale our home.
