Ira did an amazing job finding the perfect location and community for us. He was always available when we contacted him about a new community we were interested in seeing. He asked good questions to make sure our needs were met. But his real expertise was his knowledge base of the 55 plus communities in the East/Southeast Phoenix area. Right from the start, Jeff and his daughter, Kenzie started showing my house and keeping me updated on how each showing went and the feedback from buyers. My house wasn’t the easiest to sell but once we got an offer Jeff did everything in his power to keep the offer on track and to get my home sold.
