Ryan was great in helping us with our home search in the Phoenix area. He sent multiple lists of homes prior to arriving featuring all of the items we were looking for in our new home. Each day we were looking, he had a route ready and took us to all the houses in a given area and allowed us time and space to look at each one. We never felt any pressure from Ryan during our search. Once we decided on placing an offer he was there and on our side throughout the entire process. When going through our loan approval, he again was there to help. Finally, once the purchase was complete he helped with our final walk through and securing our house until we were able to get back to the area. In addition, he has assisted us in finding additional services for our new home to make our move in easier. Thank you Ryan for all of your assistance during this entire process!

We were very pleased with Ken's professionalism and market knowledge. Ken made the home buying process a breeze. He was always available, even when he was on vacation (who does that)! Our dream house already had a cash offer in, Ken recommended we put in a back-up offer in the off-chance it fell out of escrow. Long story short, the cash offer ended up backing out and we got our home! Great advise Ken!

I don’t even know where to begin with the level of appreciation I have for Mrs. Valdez. This is the fourth time I’ve had the luxury of doing business with Mrs. Valdez. I happen to put my house on the market right when the interest rates started going up again. Safe to say the market was stale and I was extremely worried. For whatever reason Mrs. Valdez did not express any concern or worry. To say the least she worked her magic in Ways I’m not competent enough to understand the wizardry she did lol. To say the very least from one day to the next my house was sold. It’s safe to say I didn’t expect to come out of that situation as good as I did.
