The results (description, photos) on the listing were honest and eye catching. Durning all the different processes, she made sure we were updated with each step. The end result was the house was listed, we received three offers the first day of showing and closed within 30 days selling it above the asking price. Truely I would recommend Penney Mullins for any real estate transactions; she was the Best I ever worked with and made it an easy transaction.
