Laura is super responsive to any requests that fall into her purview, and even those that do not. Not only does she know her stuff like all the comps in the area, negotiating skills, the best contractors to use to do home upgrades or resolve issues, she also made sure all the players (e.g. bank, title company, builder, me and her) were always synchronized on the same page. Moreover, she also helped make sure all identified items were corrected by the builder before closing and even kept in touch with me after closing about a few other questions I asked for her help with.
