At our first meeting Nicola suggested that I list far higher than I planned. And my house sold at her higher suggestion! She presented a range of possible changes prior to going on the market, from "as is" to "complete update", along with an accompanying range of listing prices. After I made my choice she suggested tradesmen to discuss and submit bids. Lastly, she provided the final touch in "staging" that greatly improved the curb appeal. Throughout Nicola guided me through making it a stress free process.
