I love that she didn't waste my time trying to sell me anything that I wasn't looking to buy! I don't want to belabor every part of our work together, but suffice it to say that I'm a tough customer and this was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. And here's the kicker! Even after the sale, she is just making it work for us! She is so organized and on top of EVERYTHING! As an out of state buyer, this could not be more valuable! I've bought and sold many homes but every place is slightly different and having a trusted resource there to follow the sale through is amazing. She has even sent me lists of contact info for the utilities that I need to contact and options for remodelers....phenomenal service from a terrific woman of incredibly high integrity and professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
