In the past we were referred by the bank and friends to different agents. However, when we met Irma there was no turning back. When we met Irma we “fell in love” with her. She was just amazing, available, qualified, outstanding, experienced and professional. She engages with her customers and builds a relationship and customer confidence. She is meek, very trustworthy, and loyal. For instance, she will share the pros and cons about a dwelling place, the area etc. Irma is not just an agent to make money, she goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Irma will use her skills and experience to help her customers find “their dream home.” About 13 years ago, she assisted us with the purchase of our first home. Then, it was time to move on and Irma helped us to sell our first home and buy our second home. If in the future, day we decide to move again, let me assure you it will be Irma, our preferred agent. She is bilingual (Spanish/English) and for those who understand Spanish let me share something. She lives up to her last name (Veloz) which translates to speed in English. “Ella es veloz en lo que hace y eso nos encanta de ella.” We highly recommend her. Once you choose her as an agent, you will not only have an agent but you will also find a wonderful person and friend. We feel totally blessed to have her as an agent and a friend!

Ari was so knowledgeable in dealing with everything we required in the selling. He listened in how we preferred to have things done--no open house, signs in front, etc. Anytime we had questions, he responded quickly and gave us so much guidance and help. A Top Realtor!. We would highly recommend him.
