Melanie has been a gem in my life. When she helped me buy my first home in 2016 she continued to guide me throughout the years. I remember when I decided to move from AZ to CA and she encouraged me to rent out my home instead of selling. She even went above and beyond to provide me with the resources that I needed in order to rent since it was all very new to me. Fast forward to September 2020, I took a leap of faith and decided to sell my home during a pandemic...and Melanie was the first person I reached out to. I spoke with her almost every other day prepping, strategizing, and planning until my house was finally sold on December 2, 2020. I couldn't imagine a better person to work side by side with during these unprecedented times. Melanie is consistent, she builds a genuine relationship with her clients, and her years of experience in both real estate and marketing makes her an expert in her field. I'm just so thankful that I got the opportunity to work with her again.

My husband and I are two of the pickiest people on the planet, and my husband in particular has no patience for sales people. He was seriously dreading the home-buying process because he's never had a good experience with a real estate agent (he sold our previous home himself because he didn't want to deal with one). I don't know how he found Adam Botticello, but we both ended up thrilled that he did, and I don't use that word lightly. We moved to the Phoenix area from out of state, so we had a lot of questions that Adam was able to answer for us. Anytime we spotted a home we were interested in, Adam was ready to show it to us. He is a super-patient, easy-going guy, so we always enjoyed seeing him. Because of Adam's 50/50 commission structure, we weren't initially expecting stellar service, but we were pleasantly surprised on that front as well. Adam is super-responsive, and he really worked to help us get a great house. The icing on the cake was that we wound up saving more than $5k than if we'd gone with someone else. And I feel like we received better service from Adam than we'd have gotten anywhere else. If you're moving to or within the Phoenix area, I highly recommend Adam Botticello.
