We would recommend Mandy to anyone as she was always ready and able to answer questions we had within minutes of emailing or calling her. Mandy worked around our crazy schedules and made this whole process much smoother than it otherwise would have been. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
