Its always been me and my family's dream to find a place of our own. After realizing our landlord was not going to fix anything and increase our rent, we decided its time to buy our first house but didn't know where to start. Not only did Jesse wanted us to find a place, he wanted us to know who we're working with. He taught us so much about real estate, and how the market works. Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.
