Mike immediately stood out in his knowledge not only with the day to day aspect but also the market we were in and his professionalism left me feeling confident every step of the way. When I called or sent him a text, if I didn't get him right then, I received a response within a few hours. He was always accessible, always had answers, and was great with follow-up. Bill May did an awesome job of assisting my elderly mother in selling her home. He gave her recommendations on prepping the home, a reasonably priced handyman to repair a few things, and he provided her with a bridge loan to get into an assisted living facility prior to the home sale. He told her exactly how things would go and answered all of her questions. He was always right on target. Straight forward and honest. He even took her oranges from her trees after she moved. He did an outstanding job and kept her informed every step of the way.
