Jana Vida recently sold our home. Every step of the way, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, positive and a master problem solver. We asked for some custom items, such as "no sign" out front, "no open houses", and also, that all potential buyers be "prequalified". Not every realtor can promise these requests, but Jana did. She will go the extra distance for you and help you "stage" your home and give you excellent suggestions to give it more appeal. She has a talented eye for decor and design. Our sale wasn't easy, because it involved some additional technicalities - a "lease back", "updating a septic system", and a "bill of sale" for purchased furniture. This bright and wonderful realtor can do it all, and always with a smile. Her dynamic personality and energy will serve you well. There is no one better. She is beyond 5 stars, - easily 10 stars. She is one of a kind - the best!
